Bekah Reynolds, MA, LPC
Have you felt anxiety? Had trouble setting boundaries or struggled with second-guessing yourself? I specialize in working with adult individuals who want to address how their childhood attachment and family of origin traumas manifest themself today. I know that people are made up of fascinating stories just waiting to be heard. I am passionate about creating a space for you to be seen and heard, by providing a therapeutic relationship that is safe, non-judgmental, and that empowers you to work through things to become the person you want to be. This can be a messy process, and I am not afraid to sit and be present in the mess. The goal of therapy is to help you heal from your experiences. Insight is just the first step. Following insight, we can work together to find ways to manage and moderate the effects of past or current stressors. I use an empathetic and individualized approach—drawing from person-centered, psychodynamic, strength-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. If you want to begin your healing journey together, please call the office and ask for Bekah. I would be honored to hear your story.

As part of that process, you will develop skills and insights to use long after our therapeutic work is done. I often utilize EMDR, CBT, and DBT, along with the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Relational Life Therapy. All five have been shown through research to be effective therapies.
