I want people to get excited about who they are and what life holds for them: This paraphrased Virginia Satir quote aptly describes one of my aims for clients every day in my practice. I’m passionate about enabling people to create enduring, meaningful change to achieve their goals. Plus, I’ll help you develop skills to use long after our therapeutic work is done. I often utilize EMDR, CBT, and DBT, along with the Gottman Method. All four have been shown through research to be effective therapies. Working together, with these tools, we can get you excited about life again.
