I strive to provide a safe place for my clients to share their unique stories. I have experience working with diverse populations, including individual, relational/marriage, family, faith-based/spiritual, Pastoral, and group treatment for children and adults. Utilizing client-centered therapy with an integrated approach and evidence-based techniques based on each client's needs and goals. These include: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Method. I am a certified Neuropsychotherapist, which means I bring the brain into the session. I have clinical experience in assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, stress/anger management, relationships, emotional dysregulation, grief, trauma, and adjustment issues.
